Speak to Sofía uses technical, functional, and — with your consent — analytics cookies. First-party cookies (essential): — sb-* (Supabase Auth): manage your authenticated user session. Without them you cannot sign in. Duration: session / up to 7 days if you tick "keep me signed in". — sofia-web-lang: stores the language you selected on the site (es / en). Stored in localStorage; not sent to the server. Duration: indefinite (until you clear local storage). — sofia-cookie-consent: stores your cookie decision (all / essential). Stored in localStorage. Duration: indefinite. Third-party cookies (functional, always active): — Google Fonts: when loading the Fraunces and Inter typefaces from Google's servers, your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google may log that request under its own privacy policy. No tracking cookie is installed; this is a static resource request. — Stripe: on payment pages (/planes), Stripe may set its own cookies to manage secure checkout and prevent fraud. They are only activated when you visit the subscription pages. Analytics cookies (only if you accept all): — Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*): used to measure traffic and aggregate visitor behaviour (page views, time on site, traffic source). Data is sent to Google servers with anonymised IP. Google acts as data processor. Duration: up to 2 years. Only loaded if you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner.

We do not install any of the following: — Social media tracking pixels (Facebook, TikTok, etc.). — Behavioural advertising or retargeting cookies. — Cookies to build user profiles for commercial purposes. — Google Analytics without prior consent.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by deleting the "sofia-cookie-consent" value from localStorage in your browser's developer tools, or by clearing site data from your browser's privacy settings. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Please note that blocking essential cookies (Supabase) will prevent you from signing in to the service. The use of strictly necessary cookies is based on the legitimate interest of providing the requested service (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Third-party functional cookies (Google Fonts, Stripe on payment pages) are activated with your consent or are inherent to the contracted service.
